  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

The shipping origin depends on product availability, inventory levels, and destination.
This allows us to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.


Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S. Warehouse Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Local carrier operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal shipping volume

Roseblem is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location and inventory availability.
In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Roseblem is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned or lost due to address errors provided by the customer

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We will assist in investigating the issue and work with our logistics partners to reach a resolution.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution if applicable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments originating outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Roseblem.
