Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Requests made outside the stated return window

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider

Replacements

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Roseblem may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, at our discretion

Replacement items will be shipped once the issue has been verified.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.


Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.

Roseblem is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with our logistics partners.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Roseblem is not responsible for:

  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional shipping fees required for reshipment
